Before Singapore recognised United Examination Certificate, a delegation of universities experts visited Dong Zong to study how the examination was conducted.After scrutinize all the procedures than Singapore Universities recognised UEM. Southern University is the same case!MCA please don't claim credit you are the hopeless party.
